Deanine Picciano Kirschner AP, LMT is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine with over a 16 years of experience as a practitioner and educator. Deanine maintains a private practice in Sarasota, Fl with an emphasis on women & children's health. She is a graduate of the Florida Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine and The Sarasota School of Massage. Dr. Picciano has studied healing traditions from all over the world and utilizes a synthesis of both traditional and modern technologies (EAV) in her assessment of the core issues that contribute to her patients dis-harmony and dis-ease. She combines Oriental Medicine, bodywork, Acupuncture, Herbal and Homeopathic Medicine and Flower Essences and natural methods of hormone replacement and detoxification stratagies for her patients.  Dr. Picciano recieved her professional training in The Arvigo Techniques of Mayan Abdominal Massage in October 2009.  It is her belief that true and lasting healing comes from within and is committed to empowering her patients with the tools to continue their journeys in wholeness.

Dr. Picciano has contributed to the field of health education and curriculum development since 1997 and was formerly an Anatomy and Physiology instructor at Florida College of Natural Health, and the Sarasota School of Massage in Sarasota. She has trained practicioners from all over the world and from diverse health care disiplines such as midwives, PT's, Pediatriticians and Psycologists. Her in house trainings have been sought after by leading spas and resorts, including the Ritz Carlton.

Deanine is the founder of Integrative Touch Seminars (ITS), a professional continuing education provider endorsed by the state of Florida and the boards of Acupuncture and Massage Therapy. Established in 2000, ITS is dedicated to integrating healing traditions into sound protocol and techniques that are safe, effective and grounded in professional experience.  She teaches a 20 hour Integrative Pregnancy Massage Certification course for massage therapists and allied healthcare practitioners.
