Women's Health-An Integrative Approach

For women, every 7 years, beginning with birth- the body undergoes a profound hormonal evolution. Reaching the highest point of reproductive capacity at age 35 and menopause beginning somewhere around the age of 49. This evolution effects girls and women differently at each stage of their lives.  Each stage will present different nutritional needs, energetic themes, opportunities and potential imbalances that may express themselves.

A women’s menstrual cycle, occuring every 28 days-12 times a year profoundly contributes to her overall health. Adrenal fatugue, thyroid issues are interwoven and correctable only when addressed incontext of awomand cycle inmy experience.
For many women, difficult periods, multiple births, irregular periods, PMS, ovarian fibroids, cysts, endometriosis are both signs, causes and results of stresses on the reproductive and endocrine system. By working with women to honor their menses, beginning at it’s onset especially in adolescence, women of all ages can embrace their cycle, restore health and rejuvenate from the core.

The ability to reproduce, maintain a period, gracefully move thru childbirth, postpartum and menopause and have a rewarding sexual dimension are possible and have been experienced by many women throughout the world who take charge and understand the unique cycles and the dance of their hormones.
